5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or record through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and transcribe your audio recordings
• Store and display your documents within the Service
• Provide the features and functionality of the Service

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party APIs and services, including OpenAI for transcription and document processing. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of these third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kyzer AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Transcription and document formatting results may vary and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYZER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before your account is terminated.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
